This is a Tecumseh 4.0 hp Leaf vacuum stick chipper, Quick Start Primer. Electronic Ignition, oil pump lubrication . Reserve Power Governor. So it has a fuel bulb , a sparkplug , doesnt take mix gas and is a four stroke. This Will chipp sticks up to about 3" diameter. Works well. Easier than raking
